#1 Can I personalize my order?
Yes! While some products have limited customization options, such as a maximum character limit for vinyl text, we’re happy to accommodate additional requests like different balloon styles, extra balloons, or theme-specific balloons. Additional costs may apply depending on your specific requirements. Just send your ideas and the base product to je.penanava@gmail.com and we’ll make it happen.

#3 How can I get in touch?
For accurate orders and timely responses, we prefer communication through email. This enables us to exchange photos, provide detailed quotes, and track order details. #4 Can I expect the product to be exactly like the picture?
Each of our balloon arrangements is meticulously crafted by hand, ensuring that no two are exactly alike. We reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary to achieve the best overall design results. Rest assured, our team always puts their creativity and attention to detail into every arrangement to make sure that it perfectly fits your celebration.
#5 What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. Consider that once you pay the deposit the decoration planning service has started, and your materials will be ordered.
All sales are final: We do not offer refunds for any purchases made. We are not responsible for punctures or damages to balloons and/or accessories that occur after the customer takes possession.

#6 What are the delivery options for orders?”
We offer convenient delivery options for our customers in Mississauga and GTA area, with delivery fees varying depending on the location and is calculated based on kilometeres. Our delivery services cover a 60 km radius from Mississauga.
Please note that we are unable to provide a specific delivery time, but your order will be delivered within the selected time interval. If you have any special delivery instructions, such as a specific time frame due to work schedule, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you need to change the delivery location, the delivery rate will be recalculated accordingly.
We’re not responsible for losses or damages after delivery. Because of the fragile nature of our balloon products, we will not be held responsible for the condition of such items after they have been handed over in good condition.

#7 What is the life span of the balloons?
Mississauga Balloon Decoration uses the highest grade balloons manufactured, however, even the world’s best balloons are fragile products with a relatively short life span. When ordering or sending balloons, expect to enjoy them for 2 days if used indoors, and less than a full day if used outdoors. Under ideal conditions, balloons can float much longer, but our guarantee is limited to 2 days.
Helium baloons: cold air, hot air, high humidity, changing barometric pressure, high altitudes, and moving air from fans and vents will reduce balloon float times. The float times posted on our site are the maximum to be expected. Changing conditions mean that on some occasions balloons may float for only one day, and on other occasions the same balloons may float for many days.
Outdoors events: we CANNOT guarantee that your balloons will remain perfect and intact when used Most outdoor decor is still subject to popping,“frosting” or fogging/oxidation of the colors, and/or movement from the wind. Darker colors absorb more heat and may pop, consider choosing lighter colors.

#8 What about sustainability?
We use premium balloons that are not only more durable, but also have a commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact. We recommend practicing safe balloon handling and disposal by not releasing them into the air.
#9 What should I keep in mind when handling balloons?
For best durability, it’s important to avoid exposing balloons to direct sunlight or heat for extended periods of time. For outdoor decorations, we take measures to ensure the balloons are as well-protected as possible from the sun, but some popping is normal.
In terms of safety and health, it’s important to note that children under 8 years old and pets can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is always required, and uninflated balloons should be kept away from children and pets. Any broken balloons should be discarded immediately, and potential latex allergies should be taken into consideration.

The Customer assumes complete responsibility for loss of or damage to the hired equipment.
